Role at ATCC

In his role as Chief Operating Officer, Robert is responsible for leading the effort to enhance ATCC’s organizational capabilities and focus on daily execution. He leads the execution of strategies developed by the executive leadership, and works with his team members to maintain and drive operational results. Robert is spurring company growth internally through process improvement and innovation to improve operational effectiveness.

Experience

Before joining ATCC, Robert served as vice president of Pharmacy Operations, Analytics and Compliance for Anthem, Inc., with responsibilities for pharmacy compliance, pharmacy analytics, pharma strategy, pharmaceutical contracting, pharmacy profit and loss and administration, and pharmacy operations and implementation. Robert spent 20 years in the U.S. Army in various leadership roles before joining Serologicals Corporation where he was responsible for leading enterprise strategic initiatives and for driving the established company strategic plan and the consistency of processes. Robert holds a Master of Business Administration from the Sorrell College of Business at Troy University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in resource management from Troy University. He is a certified six sigma black belt from Georgia Institute of Technology and a certified project director from the Institute of Project Management.
